Thailand
In Phuket, Thailand Leon was Artistic Consultant for the creation of a large scale cultural theme park, in addition to creating a show for the new 4000 seat theatre at the centre of the park.
The project took two years to complete as the theatre itself and surrounding buildings were designed and constructed:

In Chiang Mai, he was involved with as Artistic Consultant with the building of a new, large proscenium theatre, Kad Suan Kaew.
Leon worked on a project for the King of Thailand when he directed the English-speaking cast for an animated film version of a story written by the King: Mahajanaka
He was Consultant Director for the staging of the Opening ceremony of the South East Asian Games in the vast stadium in Chiang Mai.
China – Hong Kong
- Leon acted as advisor to the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and the Hong Kong government, through the funding agency for the arts, the Arts Development Council for Hong Kong.
- He is currently a specialist advisor to the Hong Kong Council for Academic Accreditation.
Japan
- In addition to his directing credits with many distinguished actors and theatre companies, he has also been Consultant to Aichi Prefecture, Nagoya, Japan, on Arts Training Development.
Other
- He has acted as a management consultant for a number of theatre companies, offering advice on policy, management and organisational structures, using his global experience as a director/writer/producer and Artistic Director of three theatre companies. He is especially experienced at working with a company of a short period of time, often a week to 10 days, and then producing a series of suggestions on possible development and change.
